By far the best call centre I've ever come across - a gold standard to be wished for by other call centres. A real live human answers pretty much straight away and it doesn't matter how difficult my problem is they always sort it out with good humour and warmth, by the person who answers the phone. I must admit, I've always used their geographical phone number though.
