Initially, I had the same problem as Sebastian but found I was being a little stupid. First go to www.agencefrancetelecom.com next log onto the Espace Client on the right of the page then select 'mes comptes' select 'fixe' this will display your landline numbers select the number you want click 'ma facture' on the left you will then be presented with you account in pdf format simple!
