i work in a call centre, i know of no decent cheats apart from one. if you usually phone these things from mobiles ask them for their switch board number cos you are in japan or summat daft like that, they WILL have one becuase people phone in sick n stuff, they will at least have a focus desk. so ask for that number and save your self a fortune in call charges.
